We are excited to open our new online store!

We landed on the idea to create a curated, online gift store focusing on ‘Aboriginal gifts created by Aboriginal creators’ over a year ago, although we have been building up to this moment for many years.

Extensive experience in Aboriginal arts development including incubating projects that develop high-quality craft and gift products by Aboriginal creators and working to develop Aboriginal creative businesses has led to this curated online store for Aboriginal gifts.

At First Nations Gifts we curate unique and authentic products, created by independent, Aboriginal designers, artists and businesses, so the world has greater access to quality gifts and home-wares for that special someone, or even just for yourself.

Our Operations

Even though we are a ‘online’ business, we have a physical premises (like any other small business) and conduct our operations from the lands of the Dja-Dja Wurrung people of the Kulin nation in Victoria, Australia.

We acknowledge the Dja-Dja Wurrung people and pay our respects to their ancestors and elders past and present.

Our Vision

Our vision is ‘Making a difference, one gift at a time’.

First Nations Gifts is built on the fundamental idea that consumers are capable of driving significant social change through conscious living and that every consumer who uses their purchase power, consumer preferences and lifestyle choices contributes collectively to make a difference in our communities and society.

We are passionate about ensuring that consumers have access to authentic gift-ware created by Aboriginal businesses and that Aboriginal creators control their own cultural content and narratives in these products and happily share this with you.
