STEP 1 – YOUR IDEA AND QUOTATION
Tell us about your custom snow globe, ornament or figurine idea using the form below and we will forward you a personalised quote shortly after.

STEP 2 – DESIGN DISCUSSION
We provide you with a digital design/mock-up to start. Once you’re happy with the overall design, cost and ETA, we’re ready to start the order process.

STEP 3 – CONFIRM DESIGN
Once the design is confirmed, we’ll arrange a deposit from you (usually a bank transfer is the best), then our professional team will start work on your custom items.

STEP 4 – CREATE SETTING
We will send you regular updates and photos of each stage, for you to approve. At each of these stages you can make changes at no charge.

STEP 5 – FINAL IMAGES
Once the setting/model is completed, I’ll send you final images before we continue on with the manufacture of your custom items.

STEP 6 – THEY’RE YOURS
Once manufacture is complete, we’ll ship your finished pieces direct to your door, using your choice of freight options. All shipments are fully insured.
