Customer Feedback and Reviews

WHY IS THERE A FEEDBACK AND REVIEW SYSTEM?

We believe all feedback, good or bad is an important part of retailing. The opportunity here is that feedback can be used as a benchmark for improvements in quality and service. It also helps the customer make a better buying decision, especially if feedback is positive.

We encourage all vendors to engage with customers to resolve instances of negative feedback or reviews by rectifying the situation. Vendors can message the customer and ask them to change their feedback rating.

First Nations Gifts takes feedback ratings seriously. On occasion there will be unfair feedback left for a product or purchase. First Nations Gifts only reviews negative feedback in circumstances:
– Where online feedback etiquette is breached: Feedback that contains email addresses, telephone numbers, mail addresses, social media tags, offensive language, false statements, or content unrelated to the store will be removed.
– Where the feedback is no longer relevant or no longer true.
